NEW - ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING & REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ORDERING

From Tuesday 14 March 2017 we will be offering a new Patient Access Service which allows patients to book appointments online and order repeat prescriptions.  To Register to use the system, please collect your unique Pin Number and Information Leaflet at reception.  More information is available at Online Services tab below.

Partnership Announcement

We are sorry to announce that Dr McPherson will be leaving us in July 2017. While he will be missed by patients and colleagues, we wish him every success in his new practice.

 Please note that the telephone number for NHS 24 has changed to 'Free to Call' 111 .

 

 

Patient Registration

Permanent Registration

PLEASE NOTE: The surgery can only accept new registrations for people living within the G61 and G62 area.

If you wish to register with the practice you will be required to complete a registration form and a medical questionnaire.  These can be downloaded below or you can collect them from reception.  Completed forms must be returned to reception with proof of identity and address eg. Passport and household bill. Please also bring your NHS Medical Card if you have one. 

We will then make an appointment for an ‘introductory medical’ with one of our practice nurses some time in the four weeks following registration.

Advance notice will be required for an interpreter.
