PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID: The normal appointment system has been amended.

The NHS is “open” but due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic services are altered and disrupted.

We are using an on the day "Telephone First" service. This allows the team to assess patients over the phone and consider who needs to be seen face-to-face and when a telephone consultation is more appropriate. This helps ensure that everyone gets the type of appointment they need and that people don't need to travel to the surgery if they don't need to.

Please note that, like most businesses, COVID-19 could affect our staffing levels, so it may take longer than usual for the telephones to be answered. Please be patient and keep trying. We are here and will answer.

We have therefore suspended all online appointment booking. Please contact us over the phone on 0141 956 1339 and do not attend the surgery to make appointments.

The phone lines open at 8:30am.

Test Results/General Enquiries

We are also requesting that patients looking for test results or general enquiries call the surgery in the afternoon (after 2:00pm). This allows us to deal with appointment booking, housecall requests and emergencies more efficiently from 8.30am.

House Calls - line 0141 956 4334 (HOUSECALL REQUESTS ONLY)

If you require a house call please contact the surgery as early in the day as possible to allow the doctor to prioritise the calls. Any request for a housecall will be triaged by a doctor and are generally only for those who are housebound of for whom, in the doctor’s opinion, it would be medically inadvisable to attend the surgery. Although we are happy to make housecalls we would ask you to consider that the average housecall takes as long as three consultations in the surgery. Please note that it is not possible to request a specific doctor.

In the event of an emergency, or if you are in any doubt, please call 999.
