Updated Covid-19 Information - Due to the Covid-19 Assessment Centres closing, from Monday 4th April, please do not hesitate to contact the surgery if:  

  • Your symptoms worsen during self-isolation, especially if you’re in a high or extremely high-risk group
  • Breathlessness develops or worsens, particularly if you’re in a high or extremely high-risk group
  • You have symptoms that you can no longer manage at home

If you have a medical emergency, phone 999 and tell them you have COVID-19 symptoms 

Test Results

Blood Tests and Urine Tests

Blood test results and urine test results etc usually take 2-5 working days to come back from the laboratory and can be obtained by contacting the surgery between the hours of 2pm and 6pm. You should contact the surgery after ONE WEEK if you have not been informed of your results. Reception staff will only be able to inform you of the result or action required as noted by the doctor. They are not qualified to discuss the result with you.

You must contact the surgery.

We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results

 PLEASE NOTE: you must phone for all results after 2:00pm 

Cervical smear results

All patients are informed of their cervical smear results by letter

Bowel screening results

All patients are informed of their bowel screening results by letter

Breast Screening results

All patients are informed of their Mammogram results by letter
