2020 Flu Campaign


Please note that due to the Coronavirus, all patients aged 65 and above will not be vaccinated at the surgery. You will receive a letter by the Healthboard advising where and when you will be vaccinated. If you have any queries regarding this appointment you need to call the number that is on this letter.


Patients aged between 18 and 64 who are at risk will be vaccinated in the surgery. You will receive a letter asking you to phone in for an appointment. This is a seperate line for booking flu vaccinations only.


PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE SURGERY WITH ENQUIRIES ABOUT FLU PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR LETTER.

Change of Address

Please let us know as soon as possible if your address changes. If you have moved out of the G61 and G62 area you will be asked to register at another practice in your catchment area.

You may use the online form below to notify us of your change of details. The form will open in a new window. Fill out the details and press the Send button. If you don't wish to use the online form then drop into the practice and pick up a paper form.

If you change your telephone number please advise a member of the team at the surgery or use the contact us link to inform us. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to contact you quickly should we receive urgent information to pass on to you, for example about investigations or blood tests.
