If there is any way in which you think we can improve our services please contact our practice manager in writing and he will be happy to take on board your suggestions.
If you have to complain about any service you have received in the practice please do so in writing to the Practice Manager. We operate a practice procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints and the procedure will be initiated in all circumstances. We hope that most issues can be sorted out easily and quickly.
