2020 Flu Campaign


Please note that due to the Coronavirus, all patients aged 65 and above will not be vaccinated at the surgery. You will receive a letter by the Healthboard advising where and when you will be vaccinated. If you have any queries regarding this appointment you need to call the number that is on this letter.


Patients aged between 18 and 64 who are at risk will be vaccinated in the surgery. You will receive a letter asking you to phone in for an appointment. This is a seperate line for booking flu vaccinations only.


PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE SURGERY WITH ENQUIRIES ABOUT FLU PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR LETTER.

PLEASE NOTE: The surgery can only accept new registrations for people living within the G61 and G62 area.

If you wish to register with the practice you will be required to complete a registration form and a medical questionnaire.  These can be downloaded below or you can collect them from reception.  Completed forms must be returned to reception with proof of identity and address eg. Passport and household bill.
